This website is owned and operated by Justin Carrasco of Chilly Hollow Farm. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors information on our farm and CSA program. By accessing or using the website and our services, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

CSA Terms and Conditions:

On the condition of an absence during a pickup day, the shareholder has the option to:

- exchange pickup days for that week

- arrange for a friend to pick up their share for that week

- arrange a double pickup the following week to compensate for the missed week *NOTE this option is only available once during the season and must be arranged 1 week in advance.

 

We ask for a one week notice if any of these arrangements need to be made. If none of these options can be met, the shareholder must forfeit their share for that week. If you can't arrange pickup any week during our CSA program please let us know. Otherwise the food and labor is wasted in most cases.

 

CSA Refund Policy:

CSA members agree to buy into a share of the harvest for the 2023 season. Because of this, the member agrees to share the bounties of the harvest as well as any setbacks to the growing season. We promise to work to our full potential to provide the best produce that we possibly can. That being said, we are at Mother Nature's disposal and can not guarantee a hindrance-free growing season. Because of this uncertainty that goes hand in hand with farming we are unable to provide any refunds for the season. The CSA member agrees to share these risks with us in their loyal support for their local farmers. We thank you for this understanding!

Farm Request:

Unless you are scheduled to pick up your CSA on a given day or have given prior notice of your visit, please respect the privacy of the farmers and our family who lives on the farm. Please, no on-farm visits unless prior notice is given.
