Audley Beef is a local farm in Berryville, Va humanely raising grass fed, grain finished beef just a few miles down the road.  We are happy to offer this as a add on to your "on farm" CSA pickups. The beef shares will be made up of rotating, mixed cuts and ground beef and will be bagged and ready for pickup in a freezer next to our CSA pickup area.  Cuts could include ground beef, kabobs, skirt, hangar, flatiron, sirloin, flank, delmonicos, filet, NY strip, brisket, and other roasts.  We offer Bi Weekly Pickups (8 in the summer, 6 in the fall) or Monthly Pickups (4 in the summer, 3 in the fall)  Check out this incredible farm on AudleyFarm.com
